Jeden z najważniejszych czeskich architektów drugiej połowy XX wieku. Autor najlepszych modernistycznych budynków Pragi epoki socjalizmu: nowej części Teatru Narodowego, gmachu Zgromadzenia Narodowego (obecnie Muzeum Narodowe) i budynku Komerční banka w dzielnicy Smíchov. Zmarł w 2001 roku w Pradze.

KAREL PRAGER. One of the most important Czech architects of the second half of the 20th century. Author of the best modernist buildings in Prague during the socialist era: the new part of the National Theater, the building of the National Assembly (now the National Museum) and the Komerční banka building in the Smíchov district. He died in 2001 in Prague.
