Najstarsze i największe planetarium i obserwatorium astronomiczne w Polsce, wybudowane w latach 1953-1955 według projektu Zbigniewa Solawy. Rozbudowane i zmodernizowane w latach 2018-2022. Zlokalizowane na najwyższym wzniesieniu Parku Śląskiego. Obecnie funkcjonuje pod nazwą Planetarium – Śląski Park Nauki.

Silesian Planetarium. The oldest and largest planetarium and astronomical observatory in Poland, built in 1953-1955 according to the design of Zbigniew Solawa. Expanded and modernized in 2018-2022. Located on the highest hill of the Silesian Park. Currently, it operates under the name Planetarium – Silesian Science Park.
