Kompleks ogrodowy na Zamku Królewskim w Budzie, na zboczu wzgórza zamkowego. Wybudowany w stylu neorenesansowym w latach 1875–1883 według projektu architekta Miklósa Ybla. Poważnie uszkodzony podczas walk rosyjsko-niemieckich w 1945 roku. Po wojnie nie został wyremontowany, mimo to do 1984 roku na jego terenie odbywały się koncerty i imprezy rozrywkowe. W 1984 r. został zamknięty i rozważano jego rozbiórkę (był na liście najbardziej zagrożonych zabytków świata). Ostatecznie został odbudowany w latach 2011-2014.

Várkert Bazár. Castle Garden Bazaar in Budapest. A garden complex at the Royal Castle in Buda, on the hillside of the castle hill. Built in Neo-Renaissance style in 1875-1883, designed by architect Miklós Ybl. It was severely damaged during Russian-German fighting in 1945. After the war it was not renovated, nevertheless until 1984 concerts and entertainment events were held on its premises. In 1984 it was closed and its demolition was considered (it was on the list of the world’s most endangered monuments). Várkert Bazár was finally rebuilt between 2011 and 2014.
