Jedno z pierwszych muzeów tego typu na świecie, utworzone w 1958 jako Galeria Nowoczesna. Poza wystawami czasowymi, prezentuje sztukę serbską i jugosłowiańską od początku XX wieku. Obecna siedziba muzuem powstała w latach 1960-1965, a jej projektantami byli Iwan Antić i Ivanka Raspopović. Budynek znajduje się na lewym brzegu Sawy przy jej ujściu do Dunaju, obok wieżowca Ušće Tower.

Museum of Contemporary Art in Belgrade. One of the first museums of this type in the world, established in 1958 as the Modern Gallery. In addition to temporary exhibitions, it presents Serbian and Yugoslav art from the beginning of the 20th century. The current headquarters of the museum was built in 1960-1965, and its designers were Iwan Antić and Ivanka Raspopović. The building is located on the left bank of the Sava River at its confluence with the Danube, next to the Ušće Tower skyscraper.
